1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No specific reason or justification is required.

2. How to Request a Refund

You have two ways to request a refund, both equally valid:

Option A — Through Digistore24 (recommended)

Digistore24 is the seller of record for your transaction and handles refunds directly. To request a refund through them:

2. Have your order receipt available (you'll find your order number in your purchase confirmation email).
3. Follow the buyer support process. Digistore24 will verify your purchase and initiate the refund.

Option B — Through us directly

You can also email us at support@thesoftglowmethod.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include:

• The email address you used at checkout
• The date of purchase
• Your Digistore24 order number (if available)

We will forward the request to Digistore24 and process it on your behalf.

3. How Long Refunds Take

Once approved, refunds are issued by Digistore24 to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Credit / debit cards: typically 3–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
• PayPal: typically 1–3 business days.
• Other methods: Digistore24 will confirm processing time when you request the refund.

You will receive an email confirmation from Digistore24 when the refund is initiated.

4. After a Refund Is Issued

When a refund is processed:

• Your access to the Course materials will be revoked.
• You agree to delete any downloaded materials (PDFs, printables) from your devices.
• The license granted at purchase is terminated.

5. Limits on This Guarantee

Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date will not be honored. Beyond that window, all sales are final.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

• Documented sharing, redistribution, or piracy of Course materials.
• Abuse of the refund guarantee across multiple purchases.
• Fraudulent transactions.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us or Digistore24 first. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before requesting a refund will result in the loss of access to the Course and may delay resolution. We are happy to issue refunds directly during the 30-day window — a chargeback is not necessary.

7. EU and UK Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have additional statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Note that for digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, you typically waive the 14-day withdrawal right at checkout in exchange for immediate access. Our 30-day guarantee exceeds this statutory period in any case.
