Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Soft Glow Method digital PDF guide and related materials ("the Guide"), provided by The Soft Glow Method ("we," "us," or "Provider"). By purchasing or accessing the Guide, you agree to these Terms.

1. About This Service

The Soft Glow Method is a self-paced digital PDF guide on makeup technique for personal use. The Guide consists of illustrated PDF volumes, printable references, and supporting digital materials. The Guide is educational in nature.

2. Seller of Record and Payment Processing

All purchases of the Guide are processed and fulfilled through Digistore24 GmbH, St. Johanniser Strasse 1-3, 72072 Tübingen, Germany ("Digistore24"). When you purchase the Guide:

• Digistore24 is the seller and contractual partner of record for the transaction.
• Your purchase agreement for payment is between you and Digistore24.
• The Soft Glow Method is the provider of the Guide content and is responsible for delivering it after Digistore24 confirms your payment.
• Digistore24's own General Terms and Conditions apply to the payment transaction in addition to these Terms. You can review them at digistore24.com.

3. License to Use the Guide

When you purchase the Guide, The Soft Glow Method grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Guide materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may:

• Read the PDF volumes on devices you own or control.
• Save the PDFs locally for personal offline reference.
• Print individual pages or chapters for your own use.

You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or republish any portion of the Guide.
• Upload the Guide (or any part of it) to any public or private platform.
• Copy, screen-capture, or transcribe the PDF volumes for redistribution.
• Use the Guide or any materials to train artificial intelligence systems.
• Use the Guide to provide professional makeup services in a way that copies, mirrors, or recreates our instructional materials commercially.

4. Lifetime Access

"Lifetime access" refers to access to the current curriculum of the Guide for as long as the Guide and the hosting platform we use remain operational. We make reasonable efforts to maintain access indefinitely. If the Guide is permanently discontinued, we will provide reasonable advance notice and allow students to download their purchased materials.

5. Account Access and Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Sharing account access with others is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension of access without refund. We may revoke access for users found to be sharing accounts or pirating materials.

6. Educational Content — No Guarantees of Outcome

The Guide teaches makeup technique. Results vary by reader, by practice, by skin type, by tools, and by other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that the Guide will produce any specific outcome, skill level, professional opportunity, or financial result. The Guide is educational and does not certify or qualify you as a professional makeup artist.

7. Allergies, Skin Sensitivities, and Health

The Guide discusses general makeup products and techniques. We are not medical or dermatological professionals. If you have allergies, skin sensitivities, or any medical condition affecting your skin or eyes, consult a qualified healthcare provider before applying any product mentioned in the Guide. We are not responsible for adverse reactions to products you choose to use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the Guide — including text, graphics, illustrations, PDFs, printables, and design elements — is the property of The Soft Glow Method or used under license. All rights are reserved. Purchasing the Guide does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Digistore24's buyer protection terms. Refund requests are processed through Digistore24. Please see the Refund Policy for full details.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Soft Glow Method and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Guide. Our total liability for any claim related to the Guide will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Guide if you violate these Terms, including unauthorized sharing of materials. In cases of termination for violation, you are not entitled to a refund.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Guide after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email where reasonable.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Guide will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, nor any rights you have against Digistore24 under European Union consumer law.
